My Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative. Together, we’ll set goals, provide feedback, and challenge each other within a supportive and open space. As a generalist, I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of concerns (see services for more details).

I take an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), relational psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal process - all within a multicultural framework.

For your convenience, I also offer teletherapy through a HIPAA-compliant platform, so we can meet from the comfort of your own space.
